IT Company IT system operations KW Networks IT Company Operation of credit card - ② Jeju Booyoung Hotel & Resort specifies the matters such as no handling of personal information for purposes other than originally intended, administrative protective action, limitation of sub-subcontracting, supervision of the trustee and damages on the agreement when it entrusts the work to the service provider so that the service provider shall safely handle the personal information according to Article 2 of Personal Information Protection Act when the subcontracting agrement is made.
- ③ If the contents of the work or the service provider is changed, we will disclose it to you without delay according to the policy on the handling of personal information.
4. The information subject may exercise the following rights as the owner of the personal information in terms of his/her rights, obligations and exercising methods.

Under no circumstances does Jeju Booyoung Hotel & Resort use or provide personal information of members to third parties or any other company/agency except with members' consent or under relevant laws or regulations. When providing or sharing personal information of members through business partnerships or affiliations, Jeju Booyoung Hotel & Resort notifies members in advance, in writing or by email, and individually, about those with whom such information is provided to or shared, their business purpose, the items that are to be provided or shared, and the purpose of such provision or sharing, and then seeks to obtain members' consent. Because the provision of personal information to Jeju Booyoung Hotel & Resort is only for the services intended for Jeju Booyoung Hotel & Resort members' refusal to give consent may lead to the unavailability of such services that are normally provided or used. However, your personal information may be disclosed in accordance with applicabel provisions of relevant laws.
6. Retention and destruction of personal information
Jeju Booyoung Hotel & Resort will dispose of members' personal information without delay once the purpose for collecting or receiving such information is achieved.
